I filled out a quote form on the Geico website. A day later I got an email from Tom saying he could help me save more money. I gave him a call and gave him my information. We discussed my needs and tweaked some of the coverage I was getting and he ended up saving me more money than if I had signed up on the website. Tom was very professional and never came off as pushy or just trying to make a sale. I got the impression that Tom was genuinely trying to find the best plan for me. I plan on staying with Geico and Tom for a while and hope his customer service after the sale will be as good as it was before. I would recommend Tom to anyone looking for auto insurance.
