Working with Toni has been an amazing experience in the years that i’ve been working with her. She’s not only taken a personal experience in trying to help me find the best deal with working with her, but she’s also become a good friend as well. She’s smart, funny, and always willing to work with me, and provides the best service no matter the hour. One time i had a small fire in my home, and after calling the authorities and getting it settled, i gave her a call around 9pm that night and she was able, willing, and happy to help with getting me set up with making a claim, and not only that, but also making sure that i was personally ok and that she’d do whatever it takes to help get things right.
