Firstly, I have always received excellent customer service and always been acknowledged within seconds of me walking in the door. Secondly, I always explain to them what I want for coverage and how I would like my payments which they always are very accommodating. I recently needed to switch my coverage to save money and they did not pressure me into coverage I did not need. I, also, needed my payments to be switched to monthly and they took care of it in a matter of seconds. There has never been a time where I have felt like I was not being acknowledged or listened to. This by far has been my best experience with customer service at an insurance company. It also helps that they send birthday and Christmas cards as they are taking the time out to go the extra mile in customer service.
