She was very helpful in supporting our switch from another insurance provider last summer. I haven’t had to deal with her much since the switch because I’ve been fortunate enough to have avoided any accidents since, but she is always very fast to respond to me and kind. Sometimes, it is quicker to talk to her on the phone, but she also responds to emails pretty quickly.

All of her emails show that she is compassionate towards her customers and really tries to see things from our perspective. While she doesn’t always give us the answer that we’d prefer, she is always good at explaining why when we ask. She also does a great job to highlight where we need to sign documents and make things clear. Sometimes, insurance can be very tricky, so I appreciate her support.
