I have had a really great experience working with this agent. She was recommended to me by my apartment complex when I moved to the area as an agent for renters insurance- and now she has also become my car insurance agent. She is very customer focused and has always reached out to me with any potential problems or solutions to problems she knows may be coming up. One example of this was that when I was moving from one apartment to another, she noticed that I had changed my address for mail and called me to make sure that it was okay to change the address on my renters insurance policy as well. Had she not done that I would have been paying more than I actually am now because of the difference in apartments.
