This agent has always been very easy to work with. We get discounts on our policies frequently. We get cards from the agent at Christmas time and around our birthdays. When my husband and I were in a car accident, the State Farm agent was very responsive with us and we quickly got the money our policy outlined. We even got a cut of the settlement from the driver responsible for the accident.
What was even better was that our insurance policy actually went down after our car accident, which was very surprising. We have never had a negative experience with State Farm or with our agent. He has always been there for us when we need and has the heart of a teacher. He is always willing to explain things to us.
