The agent invited me to her office and she quickly determined the insurance product that I was looking for, saving me the anxiety of having to shop around. She did explain the fine print in simple English. And she did not require a deposit or upfront payment. This was a relief on my budget. Also, she offered to setup my online payment account and entered my bank details. My electronic statement was easy to read and reflected the terms discussed by the agent. Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service provided by State Farm.
