I had been with my previous State Farm agent from 1995 to 2015. In 2015 service from my previous agent began to slip. They would not answer emails or return calls. In frustration I started looking for a State Farm agent closer to home.
A quick search of State Farm agents on the internet revealed Willie Swims was in my local area. I called them and explained the situation. The customer service representative informed me I just needed to send them a letter stating my intention to change agents and they would take care of the rest.
I drafted a letter regarding the agent switch and brought it into the office. About a week and a half later I called Willie Swims’ office and they let me know the switch was in progress. A few days after that I received documentation in the mail showing Willie Swims was now my agent.
Since I switched I’ve had to contact them twice for adjustments to my insurance policies or for documentation. Willie Swims’ office responded quickly and efficiently.
I am satisfied and pleased with the service and offerings from Willie Swims.
