I used to work for LD&B, and while there, Aldo was the most friendly of the Customer Service Reps. So I’ve continued using him as my rep. If I have a change that needs to be made, he does it immediately, rather than laying it in a pile on his desk. He always promptly returns my phone calls, so leaving him a voicemail is not a fruitless task, like it is with many of the other Customer Service Reps I’ve worked with at LD&B. He is also super friendly, and the same age as I, so we can have decent conversations. But he’s also not nosy, like the ladies are, so I don’t have to worry about prying questions. We just talk about cars! I would recommend Aldo to anyone that asked, as I support him being the best of the best, and know he gets bonuses for writing more business.
