Alex has shown he cares about customers experience when it comes to insurance. I first picked him because he had a low rate and the best offer of any insurance company by me. When I first spoke to Alex he told me I would see my rates dropped in no time. It has been a few years with Alex and just recently he called me to let me know I was due for a price drop. If he never called me I would have never known I was eligible for a price drop. This proves how great his service is he could have never contacted me about my rate and just let the insurance charge me. I was so satisfied with his service I filed another car under this insurance. Nothing but great service from Alex I would recommend everyone looking for insurance to file with him.
