Amanda is professional, courteous, and knowledgable of her products. In my recent claim she responded to my message promptly.
Guiding me through the claim recently could have been very stressful. When my daughter turned 15 I added her to my policy as a permitted driver. Unfortunately, I failed to add her as a new driver when she got her drivers license. Amanda had the solution-thank goodness! I was about to totally lose it, but she saved the day.
The claim was submitted on a Monday morning. Two phone calls later, for statements from me and my daughter, the car was picked up the next day, adjuster submitted report and the claim was approved. I was able to pickup the check from her on Friday. Amanda even offered to meet me to give me the check!”
