Amy Howington is very nice. Her office is extra polite and helpful. We purchased insurance from her 3 years ago and have no complaints whatsoever.She was very efficient. We called on a Friday and she met us at the office on Saturday to help go over our policy to determine the best coverage for our specific home. Our area was hit by Hurricane Harvey and damage assessment was very easy and speedy, compared to friends and family who have had issues with other local offices. Amy has taken care of every issue we have had immediately with no extra work from us. I would highly recommend her and State Farm to anyone looking for homeowner’s insurance. My only complaint is the use of upselling for life insurance and auto insurance.
