This agent worked with me and explained all costs and needs. He customized my plan for me and my mom with the best coverage and quotes we’ve had combined. I now have car and renters insurance with state farm. After researching other competitors for the same amount of coverage, no one is better than them. I even appreciate the constant communication about my coverage and immediate notification of issues. When I wanted to make a deductible change, he explained both pros AND cons, including completing my request that day. I’m surprised I didn’t try out State farm sooner. The the better prices for the coverage, I don’t think I’ll ever switch to anyone else.
