Anthony Kantola has been very consistent and strong with his communication. I receive email updates from him regularly. I like that I receive my bills at least 2 months in advance so they are not a surprise and allow me to prepare my finances for the large invoices. His office assistant is very helpful and has always been able to answer my questions whenever I’ve called. A couple of years ago we had our house insurance re-evaluated. Mr. Kantola came to our home and sat with us for at least an hour discussing our various options to lower the cost of our insurance. He had good ideas which we followed. I have always been able to reach either him or his assistant when there has been a need. We have been with Mr. Kantola for several years and we have no plans on switching companies.
