Our experience with this agent has been amazing. He went above and beyond to provide us with multiple insurance quotes and options to choose from for both homeowners and auto insurance. He specifically discussed the differences between each plan and was patient in waiting for us to decide which option we would go with. Each year on the renewal of our policies, he checks to see if we can get better rates from different carriers. This is impressive as I know that he has a full work load. When I have issues with payment, he does that secretarial work as well and gets issues resolved in a timely fashion. He always makes himself available for any questions we may have or any policy documents that we need to obtain from him.
