I’ve never actually spoken with Steve as he has always had somebody who works for him contact me. I haven’t been all that impressed with his business, every time I try to contact him via telephone there is a menu of button options that makes it nearly impossible to get through to a live person. I’ve commented about this to the agency which was met with an annoyed sigh. I tried to make a claim on my roof after a bad hailstorm and mine was one of the few in the neighborhood to be denied. Discounts will arbitrarily be taken off my policies with no notification. There is one woman who I’ve worked with a bit that seems to be very nice and genuine. I would gladly work with her, but she is the only glimmer of light I have seen from them.
