Mr. Evans has always been very responsive and helpful, although is office staff continues to be lacking. I recently needed to have a policy updated and didn’t hear back about that from him staff, so I sent over an email inquiring about the why the policy hadn’t been updated yet? (Having just purchased a new vehicle.) I promptly received an email from our agent letting me know that he hadn’t seen the information come in from the dealer, but he had submitted the details that I provided when updating the policy in their website the day after the car was purchased. He let me know that the changes would be reflected on the website shortly.
The next day, exactly as stated, the new policy and vehicle were listed on the State Farm website.
