He’s a very good agent. I initially chose him because he was the cheapest option available. That’s no longer the case, but I’m sticking with him due to his customer service. I bought a new car this past Christmas eve. I called him, on Christmas Eve, to see if it was possible to get the car insured then, or if I would have to call after the holidays to get it done. He has a staff that handles many things for him in the city and the surrounding towns, so I thought there was a chance I might be able to get it done. I was shocked to hear him answer the phone. He said that he likes to let his staff have the holiday off, so he’s the one that takes care of everything on those days. He’s a great agent, I highly recommend him.
