I have a lot of questions about different policy options and coverage. However, it is difficult to catch him in the office or even talk to him on the phone. When I do get a few minutes to talk with him, he acts like he is too busy to waste time talking to me. The messages I have left with his office staff are typically not returned I have talked to him and left without getting answers to all of my questions. He claims he will call me back once he has the information or answers yet he rarely calls me. I have to reach out to him, usually several times, in order to find out all the information I need. I am not looking forward to the day I might have to file a claim with him. Overall, if there was another option I would use a different agent.
