Sean started off great. He was amazing when he first started out, and then he got lazy. He stalled and stalled on sending new policy documents to our banks as required in the state of Alaska, so the banks had to purchase insurance for us. Only when I had multiple policies that this was happening to did I finally loose it on him. It’s funny because on the phone he acts like he has no idea why I was upset and didn’t understand my frustration at all. It takes several months for banks to buy insurance like this, so Sean definitely had the time but stalled so long that this was the result. It’s funny because years later I had a client who works in the banking side of this and she said he is still their main offender of this! So awful!! “
