Meg was very prompt with assisting me with a quote and helping me proceed with auto insurance. Her office staff were very helpful when she herself was unavailable. If we couldn’t correspond by phone, I always received timely response via email. When an issue where a minor mistake was made with the vin number, I was able to call and speak directly with her with little to no wait. The issue was resolved immediately and documents showing the correction were expediently sent over for me to review and confirm. Her and the staff were very friendly, well spoken, and well mannered. I didn’t feel swindled or cheated by choosing to have service through them. She made sure to give me a fair price for coverage. All and all my experience with Meg was amazing. I have and will continue to use her as my insurance agent and refer others to her.
