I called the office looking for a quote and didn’t have any problems obtaining the information. The person that I was in contact with from his office, Heidi, followed up regularly and made sure I had answers to any questions regarding coverage, as well as took care of moving the start date around when the closing was delayed. After the closing, he followed up with me to see if I was interested in mortgage insurance protection, which was appreciated, since I’d been interested in it anyways. When I had a question about filing a claim, he was informative and helpful. When I decided to purchase life insurance, he followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. The only reason I rate him a 4 instead of a 5 is because he seemed a little overly pushy with the life insurance. I didn’t really care for that too much. Otherwise, though, he’s a great agent, and I’m glad I went with him.
