Barry has helped us out tremendously in the 20 years he has been our agent. He always takes the time to explain all our options, and works hard to ensure we are getting the best coverage for our money. We have only needed to file claims a few times since we have been with him, but he and his staff have been very good about ensuring our claims are taken care of quickly and efficiently. He follows up with us to make sure we are getting the help we need when we need it, and keeps us informed of any changes to our policy that may affect us negatively. When we call his office, we are always able to speak to him directly instead of being shuffled off to some uncaring call center. I really feel he is looking out for our interests instead of just thinking of us as another number.
