I have always had quick and courteous service with this agent’s office. I know that if I call I will actually speak to a live person right away and they are extremely knowledgeable. Even if they don’t have the answer to my question, they find out quickly and call me back promptly. I also appreciate that this office doesn’t have high turnover with their agents. That tells me they are happy with how they are treated and I like knowing that I do business with an agency like that. I call them a couple times a year to go over my coverage to see what I need to drop or add and I trust them to help me make the right decision for my needs. I have been with this agency for over 10 years. Even though I may be able to get a slightly better rate somewhere else I won’t leave because of the great service I receive from them.
