I think we were among her first policy holders when she opened her agency. We were just moving here and buying a house so she wrote up that policy, and then we transferred the auto and life policies to her as well. She and her staff are great at answering any questions we have, periodically reviewing our coverage, and helping with processing the few claims we have had. She was particularly helpful when we had hail damage to our roof several years ago. We weren’t really sure if the hail had caused damage or not, but she encouraged us to have the assessor out to see, and that was good advice because it turned out the roof needed to be replaced because of the damage. We were glad she was there to help us!”
