I’ve had Steve as my agent for awhile now but with the recent flooding I’ve really been able to see how much of an amazing agent he is. I wouldn’t even call him an agent, more like a friend. After my house and car got flooded this past month in the devasting flooding Steve not only continued to call while the flooding was going on ( checking in on our family and it had nothing to do with the insurance) and when the calls wouldn’t go through he continued to send text messages for days to make sure we got out and we were safe. After the water receeded he personally met us at our house even though everyone had flooded. (24,000 out of the 25,500) residents. He held my hand while we walked through the house for the first time, constantly reassuring me everything would be ok. He is so much more than an agent, he is personally invested in you.
