Not useful. I had to put in a claim and his secretary just directed me to the main office number. I had to call him to get my insurance switched to a new car. He wasn’t in his office, didn’t have a forwarding number and never bothered to return my call.
I usually correspond with Mr. Morrow’s personal assistant, not Mr. Morrow himself. I have found Carl Morrow’s office to be very responsive in answering my questions and providing requested information. I shopped around quite a bit for renter’s insurance and found that most insurance agencies either did not offer renters insurance, or they offered very high premiums for renters insurance. My premiums with State Farm are very reasonable. Writing 130 words about renters insurance is not a particularly easy thing to do. I pay about 21 dollars per month in renter’s insurance. I think I might be slightly over insured, but at $21 per month, I haven’t cared enough to investigate if I should decrease my coverage in order to save just a few dollars a month on renter’s insurance premiums.
