I deal mostly with his office associates and they are incredibly kind. They let me pay the bill the way that I like to and don’t complain. They respond to my e-mails quickly and send me estimates on my insurance any time that I ask them to. They evaluate my coverage periodically and make recommended adjustments. There have been a few instances where I have had to make claims and they have advised me on what to do. They even paid a towing claim that I wasn’t sure they were going to pay. I had my car towed really far and I wasn’t sure they were going to pay the extra fees. But when I went to see the agent they were very kind and offered to take care of the issue for me. They treat me really well, but are insanely expensive.
