Working with Tom has been great. He helps me figure out my options without rushing me or acting impatiently. He has a way of explaining things that doesn’t feel condescending, but it clear and easy to understand. He is very friendly. He always answers his phone or calls back within a few minutes when I need to talk to him. He is very good at his job and extremely knowledgeable about his industry. I’ve only had to file one minor claim so far, but he walked me through the process brilliantly and got the whole affair done very quickly. I was originally given Tom’s name and phone number by a close friend who recommended him highly. I will make a point to recommend him just as highly to anyone who asks my opinion on a good insurance agent in the area.
