Kathy Lapen was recommended by my father in law, who had her as his agent for many years. My husband has had her as his agent since he’s been driving, and after I married my husband we bought a house so we signed up for the homeowner’s insurance as well. She lives just a few miles away so it’s easy to stop in and ask a question in person and when we call over there she’s almost always there. She seems organized and is always willing to handle any questions we have and if there is any question or concern that she isn’t 100% sure about she always double checks with someone else who works there, too. She has been friendly and helpful to our family for many years and we would consider her to be dependable.
