My insurance agent is friendly and does his best to fulfill all of my insurance needs. I started working with him when I bought my first house and he promptly came out to inspect my property. I received my quote quickly and he came in offering more coverage than the other options but at a competitive cost. He also quoted me on adding auto insurance but at the time he couldn’t compete with Geico. That changed when I bought a new car he was lower than the competition and provided gap insurance coverage which Geico lacked. I also appreciate being able to conduct business both in person or electronically depending on what is more convenient for my schedule. John never fails to send my fiancee and I a birthday and Christmas card. He also sends us mailing labels on a quarterly basis. He also has requested to quote us for life insurance as well whenever I am ready. I enjoy meeting with him and not feeling pressured. He feels more like a friend instead of a salesperson.
