When my first State Farm agent retired, I was assigned to this office. I didn’t really have a say in which office I was assigned to, but I don’t really care which agent it is as long as they are helpful and provide good service. They have so far, so I’m satisfied. I have called twice to make changes to my policy and to swap out my car. they didn’t ask all of the questions they are supposed to, which is interesting. Perhaps they are trying to save their clients time on the phone. I used to work for the agent who retired, so I am very familiar with all of their processes. They have complied with my request to not send me any marketing calls or emails, which I greatly appreciate.
