It was easy, took maybe 10 minutes on the phone and got my renters insurance. I needed it to have a dog in my apt. Now I just keep paying. It goes up a little each year. I haven’t actually spoken to them since. My next time I have to will be when I cancel it. My dogs not there right now, but I haven’t called to lower my payment. It’s just easier to spend a few dollars more each month than to deal with calling them. And I don’t want to cancel entirely yet, because if I do, I know that’s when something bad will happen. I’m just leaving it be, and will cancel when I move out. Overall, it’s easier enough. They auto-deduct my payments, and keep me enrolled even with the price changes.
