We have had vehicle insurance with Texas Farm Bureau for at least ten years, I am not sure how long Monica has been there, but it seems nearly as long. We have filed, I believe, two claims with them, if not more. They were handled with great care and taken care of promptly. Any time they will help us and be the in between for us and the main company if need be. Monica and all the ladies that work here are super friendly and knowledgeable. Even when I was a pest a few months ago over a vehicle I had just bought then decided to return, then re-accepted it, they were helpful and took care of all the documentation that I needed. We had even discussed renters insurance with them at one time, although did not take out the service due to our landlord not wanting to properly allow us to fix the railings on the front and back doors so that we could be properly insured. Our insurance has always been affordable, that is, until we recently added our daughter to the policy… holy cow,,, teens on insurance is costly, but well worth it in the end. Even when this addition happened automatically, after she had her permit for more than six months, there was some confusion on our part, but we called in to question it, even then, they were super friendly and explained how the addition worked and informed us of all the information that we required to understand it.
