Everyone at the office has been very professional with us. When we went to them for insurance they answered all our questions, gave us fair quotes and made the process of getting our new home insured. We are very happy with the quality of service we received and know that if we have any problems or questions, we can go to them to find answers. It’s nice that their office is just a few blocks from our house. That makes them feel more accessible to us. Shelly got right on it, and found that the rise wasn’t enough to merit a change in our policy so everything remained the same.
