Mike Rave became our family’s insurance agent when his predecessor retired, and he handed our policies over to him. Mike has helped us identify coverage needs for term life insurance, homewoner’s insurance, auto insurance, and several riders for property. He was happy to sit down with us personally and discuss our needs for the future, and many of his staff have also helped us when we have called in with questions. When we have had claims in the past, though they were small, Mike Rave and his staff were always available by phone immediately, and handled all of our claims in a very reasonable timeframe. Though the rates for State Farm insurance are higher than those of many other insurers, we have remained with Mike Rave’s office because the price difference is negligible compared with the excellent customer service they give.
