I first contacted Scott last year sometime in June. My car insurance payments had gone up with Eire Insurance Agency, so I was shopping around for a new agent. A friend of mine who has used Scott before recommended him so I gave him a call. My first impression was amazing. He was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the best most affordable plan for me that he could. After I talked with him on the phone, we emailed back and forth to set up a face to face meeting. He was very quick to respond and I got into his office quickly. After presenting multiple plans, I chose the one that was affordable and effective in its coverage. He helped me set up an automatic withdrawal from my bank account, so I wouldn’t have to worry about paying the premiums on my own each month. Overall, he has been one of the best insurance agents I have ever worked with.
