I was upset with my current agent at American Family because she would not discuss my rising insurance costs unless I physically went into her office to talk to her. I work full time and did not have the time to meet with her and I felt forced so I call Allen at State Farm. His secretary was extremely helpful got me better coverage for less cost and assured me I would not have to come in to meet in person about coverage. I have had coverage with Allen’s agency for almost two years now and I have not experienced the same difficulty I had with my American Family agent. My American Family continues to try and call me and now get me to come in for an insurance quote, which is very odd the way she does things. I am happy with my current agent because he is not pushy and will answer my questions without me having to meet with him face to face.
