They were very helpful in the beginning. I sat with them and went over my driving record and financial ability and they worked for a few days on finding me the best quotes and rates that fit my needs. They also found any and all auto discounts i can take including taking my defensive driving course certificate to set the policy up for me. I rated them a 3 because, since the policy, I have not really needed to deal with them again. I deal directly with the insurance carrier for payment, questions and payment deferments if necessary.
They were easy to get in contact with if I needed to be in contact with them and were very nice and warm. Friendly office and easy to find. They typically respond within 4 business days.
