They have good personal service. But they are closed at lunchtime, and early during the day. So they are often closed when you are available and need to contact them. Their web presence is minimal. The underlings seem to do all the work, while the agent rarely has contact with the clients. We had several problems over the past year with our home insurance after the property had been sold. Problems with the bill, and the continuation of insurance that we had cancelled or downsized. It took a long time to straighten it out, and even then, it turned out it was not correctly handled months later. On the positive side, they tried hard to get it right. We ended up having to pay more than we thought because of it.
