At first, a friend recommend we go to Dalia for auto Insurance as she was known to be able to get us the best rates, especially since we had multiple vehicles and we wanted discount. we drove down to her office. She was quite nice, although she did seem a bit pushy and not as knowledgeable as we expected. She spent a lot more time on the phone and her computer and we definite wasted a lot of time. Finally we settled on a rate that was OK, but definitely a bit pricier than we expected. When we got our first bill, we noticed it was much higher than wht we agreed upon. we called Dalia and after negotiating for almost two days, she fixed it. were happy now but the experience was slightly unsatisfactory.
