Her office staff is careless some times. They make unnecessary mistakes and do not call clients to confirm important information. I used State Farm in the past, which is why I chose to go with this agent when I moved to the area. This was not the experience I had in the past. She can be very nice and attentive, but it is usually only after there has been a big mistake made. She has a tendency to quote policies that are heavy with add-ons (I’m sure that’s general practice), but made me and other people I know feel like we needed things on our policies that we really didn’t. At the end of the day, the insurance is good and the company is good so I know I’m well covered. I hope that the service will get better.
