This agent is the one who insures my parents, so they recommended him. I filled out the online contact form asking about renter’s and auto insurance quotes. I had gotten quotes from geico and state farm, and american family was very competitive. One of James’ representatives answered most of my questions (eg: can my work laptop be covered by renter’s insurance if the company owns it? sadly it can’t, but the other companies couldn’t cover it either) and got me set up in a couple days, which was great because I was moving shortly and needed the renter’s insurance! The online experience was great too, though that has more to do with american family’s site than James himself, but still. I haven’t needed to file a claim with him, but he’s been good with my family when they have had car accidents.
