Rodney Councilman is a great agent. He actually does insurance for myself, my mother, and my stepfather all on separate plans. He remembers our names and faces, and is always vibrant and happy to see us. He is extremely knowledgeable not only on our separate plans and what that entails but the plans of the insurance company as a whole. He always greets me with a smile and treats me not just as a client but as a friend and equal. If I am unable to reach him from his personal office number either his receptionist will take a note, or I can leave a voicemail for him. Rodney always answers within 24 hours and never acts like it is an inconvenience to discuss anything with you. As a whole Rodney is a great agent and I have had no complaints.
