I’m okay with Sean as a whole, but his staff constantly will try to send me requests to sign up for other insurance policies, such as life and home. When I’m not happy with the price they give me and show them a competitor’s price, they usually say there’s not much they can do. I never really get to speak with Sean, I always deal with his staff, so it doesn’t feel like I have a real bond to his agency, just his secretaries. If I left State Farm for another local insurance provider, I would probably be fine with it.
Although I like the staff here, Sean never has answered my calls or emails. I have emailed him several times and he always sends someone else to answer them. The prices on car insurance are fair thanks to discounts, but if I didn’t get the student discounts, Geico would be much less expensive.
