Mike Carlton made the entire process of understanding different types of insurance easy! He was able to explain to me in great detail what exactly each product entailed, and how that product would work for and benefit me personally. I felt like he was really trying to help me, and not just trying to sell me whatever would be the most beneficial for him. If I have ever had any questions, either he or his capable staff has been able to help me or return my calls very promptly and politely. I find that going to his office is an enjoyable experience because everything is kept extremely neat and clean and all of the employees are friendly and smiling. His new location in Carmel is also very desirable to me because it is a little closer to home than his previous location.
