I don’t speak with her very often. I think it’s great that I don’t have to but when I need to speak to her she is always there. When I first signed up with Allstate she called me and made sure I understood the policy that I chose. I had moved from another agency because they raised my prices. This policy gave me the pricing that I want and they were very kind when I switched over. I had questions about the monthly payments and she was there to answer all of the questions that I had and she also was very friendly. She sends me emails monthly telling me about other items that could be covered by Allstate and she also sends me confirmations for any payments that I have made. I don’t want to be called monthly but a monthly email is just fine to stay in touch. In all I have had a great experience with this agent.
