It has been ok. They were cheaper than everyone else at the time. But when I came in with my quote they did try giving me a higher amount than what I got online. Turns out the lady was adding extra stuff when I told her I just wanted the state minimum. I have had to switch the insurance to a newly purchased vehicle a couple of times and they have helped with that and now I can do it online. Was not able to log into an online account and they couldnt help me with that. Had to call an 800 number. But my insurance has slowly been raising in the 5 years I have had them. Considering I have had no accidents or tickets, it should be going down. As a matter of fact, they sent me a letter one month and said that since I have not had any issues my insurance would be going down. But then the following month it went up. I contacted them about this and they acted like they did not know what I was talking about.
