My experience with Hortencia was excellent. She showed me how my other insurance carrier for my autos wasn’t going to be enough to cover any case of an accident because newer cars are worth more money now. We checked to make sure I would be saving money compared to my previous carrier and we definitely did. I was paying $100 a month for two cars with lower coverage and with Hortencia I was able to pay $150 a month for full coverage on two of my vehicles and liability on another with renter’s insurance as well. I ended up saving a lot of money because the cost was a little more but included better coverage than my previous carrier and included renter’s insurance. Altogether I was very satisfied because everything went smooth and every time I talked to her or her assistant, Tammy Alvarez, it was always a great interaction.
