1. I was referred to Matt by a friend who insisted that I would be best covered by this local agent. Matt was very straightforward about my policy information. He provides clear and concise information and is always available when I have a question about my policy. I feel that the entire process of obtaining homeowners insurance through Matt at Farm Bureau was transparent, honest, and fair. Additionally, one of the best factors about working with Matt is his location and availability.

   This is a large perk over using a larger web-based company, which (for me) often results in long waits and misunderstandings when it comes time to make a claim. If I have a question, he is located within my town and is available to talk in person and walk my through the claims process step-by-step.

2. Matt was extremely helpful in providing us with the information we needed to purchase life insurance for the first time. Being a young married couple, we were unsure of whether we actually needed any type of coverage. Matt did not pressure us to move forward with a policy, but instead helped us understand why having such coverage would be valuable. I appreciated that he took the time to listen to us and provide us with the coverage we needed – no upsell us or pressure us into a bundled package. We are always hesitant to purchase insurance – whether it be auto, home, or in this case, life – but should we need any of these policies, I know that we will turn to Matt. Although his office is a little far from where we live – having someone in our corner makes it worth it.
